Arm Wrestling App users can request account deletion from inside the app or by contacting support. Account deletion permanently removes your app account and associated app data.
Email support@tinyboxproductions.com with the subject line Arm Wrestling App Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address or sign-in provider used for your account so we can identify it. Do not send passwords or payment card information.
We delete your Firebase account, private profile, public profile, settings, notifications, personal/support chats, user-authored chat messages, measurements, training records, payment profile data stored in the app, and other app records directly associated with your user ID.
Some records may be retained when required for security, legal, payment, dispute, or fraud-prevention purposes. Shared event, team, organization, tournament, or marketplace records may be anonymized or updated instead of deleted when removal would affect other users' records.
In-app deletion runs immediately. Email requests are reviewed and processed as soon as reasonably possible.
