Arm Wrestling App uses Firebase, Google sign-in services, Apple sign-in services, Stripe, Cloudinary, and related platform services to provide account, profile, messaging, event, training, marketplace, payment, media upload, and notification features.
Depending on how you use the app, the app may collect account identifiers, name, email address, profile details, profile photos and uploaded media, chat messages, event and team activity, training logs, measurements, health and fitness-related entries, location-related preferences or nearby-feature data, payment profile details saved in the app, purchase/payment records, device notification tokens, diagnostics, and app settings.
Payment card details are processed by Stripe. Arm Wrestling App does not store full payment card numbers in Firestore. Third-party providers may process data as needed to provide app functionality, security, payments, media hosting, authentication, messaging, and diagnostics.
With your explicit consent, Arm Wrestling App can read your most recent body weight and height from Health Connect (on Android) or Apple Health (on iOS). This is optional and user-initiated: you start it by tapping “Import from Health Connect” or “Import from Apple Health” in Profile > Body Measurements, after which the system permission prompt is shown.
This data is used for one purpose only: to pre-fill the editable weight and height fields in your athlete Body Measurements profile and your tournament weigh-in, so you do not have to re-type values your scale or health app already recorded. The imported values are shown back to you and remain editable.
Access is read-only — the app never writes to Health Connect or Apple Health. The data is read on your device and used only to populate those fields. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising, and we do not transfer it to any server for these purposes. If you choose to save your measurements, the resulting weight and height values are stored with your profile like any measurement you enter manually, and are removed when you clear the fields or delete your account (see Retention And Deletion below). You can revoke Health Connect or Apple Health access at any time in your device settings.
Users can delete their account inside the app from Profile > App Settings > Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes the Firebase account and associated app data that is directly tied to the user ID, including private profile data, public profile data, settings, notifications, personal/support chats, user-authored chat messages, measurements, training records, and payment profile data stored in the app.
Shared team, event, organization, tournament, marketplace, payment, fraud prevention, legal, tax, or dispute-related records may be retained, anonymized, or updated instead of deleted when removal would affect other users, app integrity, or legal obligations.
